What to Expect
The Cornerstone padsite is located on the property of Cornerstone Baptist Church. To date, two natural gas wells have been drilled from the Cornerstone padsite. In April 2010, the Arlington City Council approved a drilling permit for the Cornerstone North 5H. Drilling on this well is expected to begin in August 2010.

Development Plan
Chesapeake has been working closely with the City of Arlington to make sure operations are as safe and unobtrusive as possible. To meet the concerns of neighbors, a masonry wall will be erected on the east side to provide an additional buffer and screening between the site and the North Cravens Neighborhood.
A stockade fence will be constructed along the access road provide to additional screening from activities on the site. Thirty-two foot sound walls were erected to mitigate any noise from drilling activities on this site.
To meet the concerns of neighbors, Chesapeake has changed the site access route to enter the padsite from Matlock Road instead of Craven's Park Drive as initially proposed.
