What to Expect
The Landing & Villages of Fairfield padsite is located on Chesapeake-owned property just west of the Arlington Municipal Airport, close to the intersection of E. Bardin Road and Matlock. To date, three wells have been drilled on this padsite.
The City of Arlington has granted drilling permits for six additional wells on this site. Chesapeake began drilling the Landing 3H, Landing South 2H and Landing South 3H consecutively beginning in May 2010. Drilling is expected to last approximately three weeks per well.

Development Plan
 This location can potentially produce the minerals of thousand of lessors in the surrounding area. Chesapeake is working with the City of Arlington to make sure operations are as safe and as unobtrusive
as possible.
