What to Expect
The DeAnn padsite is located just south of Henderson Street (Highway 67) and north of Westhill Drive, just east of Ridgeway Drive. To date, one well has been drilled on this site. The DeAnn 2H, is tentatively scheduled to be drilled June 2010.
Any future wells must be submitted to the city and will be required to meet the process defined in the city’s gas drilling ordinance.

Development Plan
Chesapeake Energy has been active in Johnson County since 2005 and is proud of its relationship with the many mineral owners and residents in the county. Chesapeake has worked closely with the City of Cleburne, and committed to utilizing state of the art sound, light and dust mitigation techniques at this site.
During all phases of operation, vehicular traffic will be limited to daylight hours only. Additionally, all vehicular traffic is restricted between 7:30 am to 9:00 am and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm for all phases of site activity. All trucks will proceed south on Ridgeway from Henderson, turning east on Tanglewood Drive for a short distance. The access road continues over a drainage culvert and onto private property.

- 07/2010 - Tentative drilling date for DeAnn 7H
