What to Expect
Chesapeake Energy is pleased to be operating in Fort Worth District 7. A padsite permit for the Greenwood site was obtained from the Fort Worth City Council in March 2009.
To minimize truck traffic in the area, Chesapeake has agreed to construct a saltwater pipeline to transport produced water away from the site. Upon completion of the saltwater pipeline, a drilling permit will be issued for the Greenwood padsite.
Chesapeake is actively seeking saltwater pipeline permits from the Tarrant Regional Water District and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

Development Plan
The Greenwood site is located just off Rockwood Park Drive, just north of the Greenwood Cemetery. Chesapeake has been working closely with Councilman Carter Burdette to make sure operations are as safe and as unobtrusive as possible to the urban environment in which we work. If the drilling permit is approved, Chesapeake has committed to the following:
 - Construct a saltwater pipeline for produced water
 - Employ flagmen to control traffic flow on/off Rockwood Park Drive
 - Bringing the rig in/out of the padsite on a weekday during daytime hours to reduce conflict with
  neighborhood traffic and during school drop-off and pick-up times
 - Padsite landscaping
 - 24-hour emergency response line and a public affairs coordinator to respond to questions
  and concerns
