What to Expect
Chesapeake Energy Corporation's Salvation padsite is located near the intersection NW 23rd Street and Macie Avenue. To date, two wells have been drilled at the Salvation site.
The Jacksboro 1H  completed drilling in September 2011 and hydraulic fracturing operations completed in November 2011. Click here to learn more about the fracking process.
Please check back soon for updates.
Development Plan
Chesapeake is working closely with the City of Fort Worth to ensure drilling operations are as safe and unobtrusive as possible. State-of-the-art sound mitigation techniques are implemented to reduce the sound emitted by drilling and production activities. Directional lighting is being used on-site to keep safety lights away from nearby residences, while maintaining the safety of rig workers, as drilling is a 24/7 operation. Â
